NWA AI Home Chat: Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines how you can terminate your relationship with NWA AI Home Chat and cancel your user account. By using our application ("Technology"), you agree to the terms of this policy.

This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.

1. Account Cancellation by You

Since the NWA AI Home Chat application is provided to you free of charge, "cancellation" refers to the termination of your user account and the cessation of your use of our services.

You may cancel your account at any time, for any reason. The primary methods for cancellation are:

  • In-App Account Deletion: The easiest and recommended way to cancel your account is through the account deletion feature within the NWA AI Home Chat application. You can typically find this option in your "Account" or "Settings" menu. Following the on-screen prompts will permanently delete your account.

  • Uninstalling the Application: Simply uninstalling the application from your device will prevent any further use of the service. However, this action alone may not automatically delete all account data stored on our servers. For full account deletion, please use the in-app deletion feature or contact us directly.

  • Contacting Support: If you are unable to use the in-app deletion feature, you may request account cancellation by sending an email to our support team at phillip@allthingsnwa.com from the email address associated with your account.

2. Termination of Account by NWA AI Home Chat

NWA AI Home Chat reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated any of the terms outlined in our Terms of Service. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging in unlawful activities.

  • Harassing, threatening, or infringing upon the rights of other users.

  • Uploading or sharing prohibited content.

  • Attempting to disrupt or harm our Technology, servers, or network.

3. Effect of Cancellation or Termination

Upon the cancellation or termination of your account:

  • Loss of Access: Your access to the NWA AI Home Chat application and its services will be immediately revoked. You will no longer be able to log in or use any features associated with your account.

  • Data Deletion: We will take commercially reasonable steps to permanently delete your account and associated personal data from our active databases. Please be aware that for legal, security, or operational reasons, some residual data may be retained in our backups or archives for a limited period before being erased. NWA AI Home Chat is not liable for any loss of data or content resulting from your account cancellation.

  • No Reactivation: Once an account has been deleted, it cannot be recovered or reactivated. If you wish to use our services again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

4. No Refunds Policy

The NWA AI Home Chat application and all associated services are provided to users entirely free of charge.

Because there are no fees, subscriptions, or charges associated with the use of our Technology, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies to all users without exception.
