I'm Phillip Shepard, a Realtor® serving Northwest Arkansas with Collier & Associates. I work with people moving to the region — relocating professionals (including families moving for the Walmart Home Office), first-time buyers, and out-of-state movers trying to get their bearings in a fast-moving market.
