These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NWA Homes for Sale website and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by All Things NWA, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing listings, saving searches, or otherwise interacting with the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Listing Information

Property listings on the Service are provided by third-party sources including multiple listing services (MLS) and public records. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty regarding the completeness, availability, or accuracy of any listing. Always verify information with a licensed real estate professional before making decisions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, reverse engineer, or republish data obtained through the Service; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harass others; or (d) upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (messages, saved searches, favorites) but grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display that content as needed to operate the Service.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Things NWA, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
