  1. Send an email to assist@allthingsnwa.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject line: "Delete My Account".
  3. We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours.
  4. All personal data is deleted within 30 days of acknowledgment.

What gets deleted

  • Profile: name, email, phone number, and password credentials
  • Saved searches, favorite listings, and search history
  • Chat history with agents and unsent message drafts
  • Push notification tokens and session / device identifiers
  • Authentication records

What is retained, and why

  • Transaction and audit records — retained for 7 years to meet tax, anti-fraud, and legal compliance requirements.
  • Anonymized, aggregated analytics — retained indefinitely; this data cannot be used to identify you individually.

If you can't access your account

Email assist@allthingsnwa.com with proof of ownership (the email address or phone number previously associated with the account) and we will process your deletion request manually.
