SMS Program Terms

Program: NWA Homes price & listing updates  |  Last updated: September 1, 2026

NWA Homes for Sale (operated by All Things NWA, Inc.) offers an optional text message program called NWA Homes price & listing updates. It sends account notifications that a buyer explicitly requests: price changes and listing status changes for homes they follow. The program sends no promotional or marketing content — every message is the direct result of an update the buyer turned on themselves.

How to opt in

Opt-in happens on nwarealestate.com:

  1. A buyer opens a home's listing page — for example, nwarealestate.com/p/238405621.
  2. They tap "Text me updates" and enter or confirm their mobile phone number.
  3. At that moment the following consent language is displayed: "Get price and status updates for this home by text from NWA Homes for Sale, a service of All Things NWA, Inc. Texts are sent from +1 (479) 449-5204. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See our SMS terms at nwarealestate.com/sms-terms and privacy policy at nwarealestate.com/privacy-policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
  4. The buyer confirms, and the consent timestamp, source screen, and the subscribed home are stored in a property-alert subscription record for the submitted phone number and selected home.

Texts are sent from +1 (479) 449-5204. If you have opted out, you can reply START to that number to re-enable messaging for property alerts you previously created on our website; texting START does not create a new subscription. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, good, or service.

Program disclosures

  • Message frequency varies and depends on the homes you follow.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
  • Opt out at any time: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.
  • Need help? Reply HELP to any message, email assist@allthingsnwa.com, or call +1 (479) 332-9631.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers that send messages on our behalf and only for that purpose.
